Experience includes condominium conversions, extensive building renovations, including structural repairs to foundations, syndications, property management, and construction.

Derek Thomas serves as vice president of Thomas Properties Inc. His responsibilities include overseeing multifamily acquisitions and new business development. Recently aided in the disposition of 500 plus multifamily luxury apartment units.
